Shipping and Payment Information

SHIPPING COST:

To calculate the cost of shipping, add items to cart, go to the cart and enter your Province and Postal code.

You get up to 10% of your order value as credit towards your shipping cost. If your order value is large enough you may even get FREE SHIPPING.

FREE SHIPPING is based on your location, the weight of the items and the value of your order.

SHIPPING SPEED:

Most orders with in-stock items ship within 1 to 2 business days (excluding holidays, carrier delays, postal strikes, or seasonal delays).

• Local Delivery to the Greater Toronto Area:
  • Delivery Speed:  Within a day or two. (excluding holidays, carrier delays, postal strikes, or seasonal delays).

  • Delivery Speed:  Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and service level (excluding holidays, carrier delays, postal strikes, and seasonal volume delays).

 SHIPPING WEIGHT:

Maximum Shipment Weight: Each shipment is limited to a maximum weight of 30 kg. If a shipping quote does not appear in the shopping cart, the order has exceeded this limit. In such cases, the order must be divided into two or more smaller orders to proceed.

 

PICKUP AT OUR STORES:

If you live or work in Toronto or Brampton area and would prefer to pickup your order at one of our two locations, then choose "Pickup at Store" during Checkout.  We will send you a notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.  Toronto pickup orders are generally ready in a day or two. Brampton pickup orders take one to seven days.
