The game picks up immediately after the cliffhanger ending of Psychonauts, where Raz was recognized as a great PSI-Cadet and was asked to join his tutors as a fully fledged Psychonaut! Just as Raz was about to go home from camp with his father, news arrives that the Grand Head of the Psychonauts (and Lili’s father) Truman Zanotto, had been kidnapped. Now, it's time to tell that story, and to bridge the story gap between the original Psychonauts and the highly-anticipated sequel!
